Superintendent of Police, and Endles from the Committee, which is at present enquiring into Expenditure, recommending the adoption of a scheme for the re-organization of the Water Police Force by which if adopted it is considered there will be a large saving in annual expenditure and a considerable gain in efficiency at the same time.

In my opinion it ought undoubtedly to give the Colony a more efficient Water Police Force and as from a financial point of view, regard being had to the smallness of the initial expenditure, it is satisfactory.
